The Delaware Charity Challenge is a unique fundraising and athletic competition designed to give organizations, families, and individuals a fun way to raise money and awareness for their favorite causes. Teams that enter may designate any charity they want as a beneficiary of funds they raise as a team. Part of the proceeds from the race registrations and the race sponsorships will go into a prize pool that will be distributed among the charities that raise the most money and to the charities of the teams that win the individual race events on the day of the Delaware Charity Challenge.

We had 105 competitors who covered almost 628 miles (139.8 miles on the treadmill, 259,363 meters or 150 miles on the rowing machines, and 338 miles on the spin bikes) over the course of the indoor triathlon. We've also updated the record books since a few were broken and the new top 10 standings taking in yesterday's results are linked below as well. We also have the men's and women's results sorted by ages. Most importantly, teams have raised or won more than $5,500 for different area nonprofits this winter! Congrats again to all of our competitors!

Runners from Team Faithful Friends won both the Men’s and Women’s competitive divisions in the 5K, winning money for Faithful Friends Animal Society in the process. Seven teams competed in the Adventure Challenge Relay this year, which was won by Team Green Beret Team 2 (who won money for Green Beret Project) and Five Rivers Fitness finished second (winning money for Junior League of Wilmington). Thank you again to all of our volunteers, competitors, and of course the teams who raised more than $21,000 this spring for their favorite nonprofits in our Spring in the Race to Raise fundraising competition.
